I specialise in finding the right people in tough, candidate-short markets like Asbestos, as well as fast-paced, competitive industries like eCommerce.
Headhunting is what I do best, but for me, it’s never just about filling a vacancy. I love building genuine, long-term relationships with my clients and candidates, becoming someone they can rely on to deliver – even when the search isn’t straightforward.
Before launching Golden Fox Recruitment, I spent a year travelling the world, which gave me a fresh perspective and a real appreciation for connecting with people from all walks of life (and hot, clean showers!)
With over eight years of agency recruitment experience, I’ve built a strong track record in the Water Hygiene, Legionella and Compliance sectors- supporting businesses across the UK with smart, scalable hiring solutions.
While I’m best known for leading high-volume recruitment campaigns to fuel rapid growth, I’m equally at home delivering targeted, strategic hires for specialist or senior-level roles. Whether it’s building an entire team or finding that one game-changing hire, I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me hiking somewhere scenic, coffee in hand (always on the hunt for the perfect flat white), exploring new corners of Europe or relaxing with my two very spoiled cats.
I specialise in recruitment across eCommerce and FMCG and also work within the Asbestos sector, helping businesses find the right people and candidates take their next step with honesty and no sugar-coating.
I work closely with my clients to really understand their business, culture and the type of person they need. I put the same care into supporting candidates, making sure they feel informed, prepared and confident at every stage.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me shouting at the TV watching Aston Villa, enjoying a pint at the pub or playing for my local cricket team.
